Describe what isn't working, on which page and in which browser. A screenshot speeds things up a lot β please attach one.
- π A catalog error
Wrong title, mixed-up genres, a duplicate entry, an incorrect chapter β send us the URL and what exactly is wrong. We'll fix it by hand.
- π¬ Reporting a user or comment
In most cases it's easier to hit "Report" right under the comment β it goes straight to the moderators. Only email us if the situation is serious (doxxing, threats) and needs an urgent response.

Filing a copyright infringement claim follows a separate procedure. You'll find the details and the list of required fields on our DMCA page. Subject line:

A feature idea, something you don't like about how it works now, a request to change behavior β it all goes in one email. We read everything and reply to the specifics.
Response time
We try to reply within 48 hours on weekdays. DMCA requests are handled with priority β usually within 3 business days, with action taken.
No forms, chatbots or ticket systems β just email. It's faster for both of us.
